The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) will review and evaluate current and future research, development and clinical programs, and advise the company in technical matters.
The members of the SAB will be prominent scholars in their field and will contribute expertise and experience to the company’s drug development efforts.
The CSO, Dr. Chris Hall, will chair the SAB and the company will recruit two to three other experts initially in the fields of Molecular Farming and cancer care. Dr. Ken Hughes of Microbix Biosystems, Inc., and Dr. Steven Rothstein, Senior Research Chair of the University of Guelph will also sit on the SAB, with Drs. Frey Garabagi and Michael McLean, who have worked with Hall for 8 years combined. The SAB will also be augmented, in due course, by up to two other experts in the field of vaccines.
